Customer Reviews
Always reliable service
This is my third year with Qustodio, renewing my Premium Plan. I've consistently found their Mac Parental Control and iOS Parental Control to be very reliable. The 'Games and App Blocking' has improved over time, too. They're definitely my go-to for family digital wellbeing.
Solid features, minor hiccup
I opted for the Premium Plan for my family. The cross-platform support was a big plus, easily installing on both our Windows PCs and iOS devices. Screen time limits are simple to set, and the calls and SMS monitoring feature offers some reassurance. The value for the price, especially with the annual subscription sale I caught, feels reasonable for the features provided. My only small criticism is that the 'Panic Button' feature on one of the phones seemed a little slow to update its location the first time we tested it, though it worked fine after that. Customer service was quick to explain potential network delays when I inquired. Overall, it's a very functional platform.
Got the premium, it's okay
My friend told me about Qustodio for parental control. I signed up for the Premium Plan. It was pretty easy to get it on my son's phone, which is an Android. The web filtering works as advertised, which is good. I checked the activity reports a few times and they seemed accurate. It's been pretty helpful for keeping an eye on things.
Premium plan, worth it
I purchased the Premium Plan after trying the free version for a bit. The setup for Windows and Android parental control was straightforward, though it took a little while to get all the devices synced up correctly on the parent dashboard. Delivery of the service itself is instant, of course, being a digital product. I found the screen time management and web filtering to be very effective. The activity reports give a good overview, and the YouTube monitoring actually worked well. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about setting up the 'Games and App Blocking' feature on an older tablet. Overall, the quality of the features is high, and it's definitely helping manage screen time in our house.

hey, trying to figure out which plan to get. the basic one seems okay, but is premium worth the extra cost? what's the big difference?
Are there usually sales around Black Friday or Cyber Monday for the annual plans? Don't want to buy now if a big discount is coming.
Is Qustodio better than Bark? I'm trying to decide between the two and not sure which one has better features or is easier to use.
If I buy a plan today, and then find a coupon code tomorrow, can I apply it afterwards or get a refund for the difference?
Thinking of getting this for my kids' devices, but I'm worried they'll just uninstall it. Is it easy for them to get around?
